Pugnacious visited St. Patrick’s Elementary School in Victoria on February 16, as part of anti-bullying awareness. The grade 1 students were treated to a reading of Pugnacious and the Bullies, followed by a discussion about bullying and its lasting effects. The children were very enthusiastic and were quick to share their knowledge on the subject.

Pugnacious and the Bullies is the second in the children’s storybook series, Pugnacious. It is about friendship, overcoming adversities, and an alternative to bullying.

There will be two more readings in the coming weeks – one for grade 3 students and one for grade 4.
